Our engine actuator products maximise the potential of modern engine management, offering consistency and good performance. Before fuel can release its energy, it must be combined with air. The resulting mix can then be ignited by using a carefully timed high-voltage spark.
The product range includes:
Idle-Speed Controllers
Idle-speed controllers provide dynamic adjustment of airflow in the throttle bypass valve, ensuring optimal idling at all times.
Digital Linear Actuators
Digital linear actuators provide incremental adjustment of airflow in the throttle bypass valve, ensuring optimal idling at all times.
Air control valves
In the intake system of diesel engines, our ACVs (with or without integrated control electronics) use an electric motor to restrict the intake air.
Air flap actuators
The electric actuator with integrated position sensor and optional integrated electronics allows intake manifold throttles or turbo charge guide vanes for example to be continuously adjusted.
Exhaust gas recirculation valves
Compared with traditional valves, the electrically actu-ated exhaust recirculation valves enable even more accurate control of the exhaust recirculation rates in Diesel engines and directinjection gasoline engines.
